BLUE STEPS® EVA-Materialien werden unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Anforderungen hergestellt und sind mit dem Medizinproduktegesetz (MPG) (Richtlinie 93/42/EWG) konform. Sie sind frei von toxikologisch bedenklichen und karzinogenen Inhaltsstoffen.
Über die gesetzlichen Anforderungen hinaus werden unsere Materialien nach den Prüfkriterien für das SG (schadstoffgeprüft) -Prüfzeichen von deutschen Instituten geprüft und haben physikalische Tests, u.a. auf Abrieb, Weiterreißfähigkeit und Zugfestigkeit weit über dem Standard liegend absolviert. Sie sind hinsichtlich der Untersuchten Parameter REACH-konform.

Die Polstermaterialen Blue Med 18, Blue Flex 22, Blue Lastic 25 und Blue Softlast 25 sind von deutschen Instituten auf Hautverträglichkeit geprüft worden.

BLUE STEPS® -Materialien aus EVA (Ethylen-Vinyl-Acetat) sind geschlossenzellig. Sekrete können nicht eindringen und durch Abwaschen mit  handelsüblichen Desinfektionsmitteln bleiben die Materialien hygienisch einwandfrei.

BLUE STEPS® -Materialien werden in DIN EN ISO9001:2000 zertifizierter Produktion hergestellt. Jede Platte trägt eine unter dem Produktstempel aufgedruckte Chargen-Nummer. Damit gewährleisten wir die Rückverfolgbarkeit von Ihrer Werkstatt bis hin zu den in der Produktion eingesetzten hochwertigen Rohstoffen.

 

BLUE STEPS® EVA-materials are produced under legally stipulated conditions and conform fully to the requirements of German Medical Product Act (MPG, DIRECTIVE 93/42/EEC).
They are completely free from toxins and known carcinomas.
Under the legal requirements our materials are proven for the SG Seal of Approval. The SG Seal of Approval is based on significantly more stringent criteria than the statutory stipulations of the MPG.
All materials have undergone further tests, i.e. for abrasion and tear strength, and have proved to go beyond the required standards. Our material is also conform in terms of REACH.

The EVA cushioning materials Blue Med 18, Blue Flex 22, Blue Lastic 25 and Blue Softlast 25 have all been tested by German Institutes for skin compatibility.

All BLUE STEPS® - components from EVA (Ethylen-Vinyl-Acetat) are closed-cell materials. Germ's can't force their way into the material. All materials will keep hygienic and clean, when you wash them with a disinfectant detergent.

BLUE STEPS® -materials are produced and certified to DIN EN ISO9001:2000. This ensures consistent quality of production. Further every sheet is stamped with a Production Stamp and Number. With this control we guarantee to be able to check the product from the end product back to the beginning of production.

Die EVA-Leichtzell-Fräsplatten sind mit unserer bewährten Plus-Komponente ausgestattet und somit ideal für sauberes Verarbeiten in Ihrer Fräse. Die funktionellen Eigenschaften der der Materialien, z.B. das Rückstellungsvermögen, und die physikalischen Eigenschaften bleiben auch nach dem Fräsen erhalten. Das Fräsverhalten wird optimiert. Die gefertigten Einlagen behalten ihre Elastizität und ihr Volumen. Abwaschbar und hygienisch durch geschlossene Zellstruktur.

These EVA expanded sheets are equipped with our previous Plus Component and therefore ideal for clean processing in your milling machine. Functional material properties like resilience and elasticity and physical properties will remain after milling. The milling behaviour will be optimise.
